Ingredients

  • 480 ml Milk (2 Cups) Or Water
  • 80 g Polenta (½ Cup)
  • 28 g Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
  • 10 Strawberries Or fruit of choice

Instructions

  • In a small or medium saucepan, add polenta and milk over medium heat and bring to a bowl.
  • Reduce heat and stir or whisk occasionally until the polenta has absorbed the liquid and is creamy.
  • Stir in the butter and mascarpone. Add more milk to achieve desired consistency.
  • Top with fresh or cooked strawberries and top with honey.
