Healthy Gluten Free Pear Bake
This delicious gluten free pear bake has no added sugar, and you won’t miss it! This recipe is easy to make and uses healthy and simple ingredients.
- 1 Egg Large
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 15 g Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Link to recipe in Notes
- ⅛ tsp Xanthan Gum Omit if your flour blend already contains it
- 1 Pear
- 14 g Butter Melted
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C with fan) and prepare your baking dish with non-stick spray.
Cut your pear into cubes and add the lemon juice to the pear.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg then add the dry ingredients and melted butter to the whisked egg.
Fold the pear into your batter mixture and pour into your prepared pan or baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the edges have pulled away from the side of the pan or dish.
