Ingredients

  • 245 g Brown Rice Flour
  • 175 g White Rice Flour
  • 105 g Cornstarch
  • 105 g Tapioca Starch
  • 35 g Potato Flour
  • 14g g Baobab Powder / Flour
  • 21 g Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, mixing well after adding each flour.
  • Store in an airtight container.
